Day 01: Kathmandu to drive 3 to 4 hours to starting point Lamosanghu dam 76 km. Hit this rapid then stop for lunch. After lunch hit this rapid 3 class at about 3 to 4 p.m. at the camp take in the dinner.
Day 02: After breakfast a quick pack up and set out (approx. 9 to 10 a.m.) run white water hit a class 3 rapid. After lunch stop after lunch hit to rapid and take out point to Dolalghat Bazaar about 2 to 3 p.m., after that you get hot drink take out point back to Kathmandu
